Located in Costa d'en Blanes, in Calviá, this contemporary house tries to provide a smart solution, through its geometry, to the orientation, views and topography of the plot. The main rooms are oriented to the south, in a building distributed in 2 levels that separates living areas and bedroom areas. The game of volumetric overlays generates different porches and terraces where the entertainment areas with pool and Jacuzzi are located, a design approach that defines how our architecture studio in Mallorca responds to plots with complex topographical conditions.
