The main objective of the project is the reform and extension of a single-family house located on rustic land. The existing volume, consisting of a basement and a ground floor, was given a covered terrace and a second volume with two levels that becomes the main element of the building. The stone façade and panelled windows give it a traditional Majorcan style, a vernacular language that our Mallorca architect team handles with particular care on rural island plots.
