The main objective of this project, located on the top floor of a residential building in Illetes, is to reform the interior space to create two apartments. Its open plan and large windows give it wonderful views over the bay of Palma. It also has a large entertainment area on the roof with a pool and barbecue area. A reform by our Mallorca architects where a single floor is reimagined to deliver two independent homes without sacrificing the exceptional views over the bay.
