The construction of this new single-family house between dividing walls in Palma de Mallorca consists of a simple volume on two levels, with sloping Arabic tile roofs and a traditional Mallorcan aesthetic. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, while on the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living-dining room area that communicates with the patio and the pool area. A project by our architects in Mallorca that brings contemporary functionality to a traditional island typology.
